14 Day Return Policy

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:

- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement products unless the item is faulty.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
